CASINO SHIFT MANAGER:

Under the direct supervision of the General Manger, the Casino Shift Manager is responsible for ensuring that the Casino Floor has 24/7 coverage. Will assist in ensuring that the Casino is operating efficiently, effectively and within the guidelines of the Casino’s policies, procedures, internal control standards, objectives, and the Mission, Vision and Value Statement of the Paiute Palace Casino. Provide regular communication with all levels of management, providing recommendations on improving effectiveness on the property operation. Make decisions based upon the best interests of the Casino while following Bishop Paiute Gaming Commission Rules and Regulations.
- High School Diploma, HSED or GED is required.
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- Minimum of 10-15 years Casino Management experience, required.
- Two (2) or more years of personnel management experience, required.
- Minimum of three (3) years Casino supervisory experience.
- Must possess a valid Driver’s License.
- Must be 21 years of age or older.
- Must qualify and maintain a Bishop Gaming License
- Must pass an extensive security background check.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality in all matters.
